      Product Overview:

      ●IXQ100HD uses a precision slitting packaging with original imported large shafts from Fuji, Japan. This film can be used for non-destructive detection of objects using X-rays or gamma rays.

      ●IXQ100HD features high sensitivity, high contrast, extremely fine texture and high definition, making it an ideal film for various non-destructive testing applications.

      ●IXQ100HD has a very fine grain size, resulting in a high detection rate of workpiece defects. The photosensitive coating is very uniform, and different batches have good stability. Therefore, exposure conditions do not need frequent adjustment between batches, resulting in stable images with uniform density.

      ●According to the EN584-1 standard, this film conforms to the C5 classification.

      ●According to the ASTME1815-96 standard, it conforms to Class II classification.

      ●According to the GB/T 19348.1 standard, it conforms to T3 classification.

      ●According to the ISO 11699-1 standard, it conforms to the C5 classification.

      Applications and Scope:

      ●IXQ100HD is widely used and highly adaptable. It is suitable for non-destructive testing of ordinary industrial components, as well as aerospace and military products.

      ●IXQ100HD is suitable for the detection of welds and castings of medium-to-high atomic number metals.

      ●It can be used for detection from low-voltage, low-energy X-rays on light metal thick-walled workpieces to high-voltage X-rays or gamma rays on higher density materials and thick-walled workpieces. The film can be directly exposed, or lead intensifying screens and fluorescent screens can be used to obtain good results.

      ●If the film is optimally fixed, washed, and dried and stored in a dry environment with a relative humidity of 40-60% and free of harmful gases, the processed film can be preserved for 50 years.

      I. Photographic Performance of the Film:

      ●Comparison of Fuji IXQ100HD film with Fuji IXQ100 film, AA400 film, and C7 film:

      1. Film Sensitivity:

      A. During X-ray exposure:

      The sensitivity of IXQ100HD film is roughly the same as that of AA400 film and C7 film, slightly faster than the current IXQ100 film.

      B. During γ-ray exposure:

      IXQ100HD film has the same sensitivity as AA400 film, but is about 20% lower than C7 film and about 10% slower than the current IXQ100. For higher energy radiation exposure such as Cobalt-60, the sensitivity becomes slower.

      2. Film Contrast (or average slope):

      The contrast of IXQ100HD film is almost the same as that of the current IXQ100 film, AA400 film, and C7 film.

      3. Film Fog Density:

      IXQ100HD film has low fog density, approximately 0.25 (including base density) for manual processing and approximately 0.27 (including base density) for automatic processing.

      II. Image Quality of the Film:

      ●The granularity and resolution of IXQ100HD film are comparable to those of AA400 and C7 films.

      III. System Speed of the Film:

      ●The system speed of the film varies with developing conditions.

      

     

      Under the three developing and processing conditions above, IXQ100HD film can achieve the following system speeds:

      If automatic developing and processing is used, high temperature and long developing time may cause deviation from the above film system speed.

      IV. Appearance, Quality, and Physicochemical Properties of the Film:

      ●Compared to C7 and AA400 films, Fuji IXQ100HD film has better toughness and is less prone to scratches or abrasions. It is less prone to sticking under high humidity, reducing lead powder adhesion when using the film under humid conditions. Fuji IXQ100HD film can produce images with uniform density and very clear, high-quality images, whether processed manually or automatically.

      ●IXQ100HD film is designed to develop quickly within the standard time.

      ●Unlike other films, increasing the developing temperature or extending the developing time will not increase the blackening degree of this film; on the contrary, it will cause an increase in the film's fog density.
