“Lekai L7 Industrial X-ray Film” Detailed Introduction
I. Washing and Processing:
Machine processing Lekai film is recommended to use Lekai's special high-temperature rapid development kit G-30, high-temperature rapid development machine washing and processing process (development temperature 28℃, development time 120 seconds). Other processing kits similar to Lekai G-30 also have good adaptability. Wuxi Huaguan and other developing and fixing powders can also be used to wash Lekai film.
II. Manual Processing
Room temperature manual processing: Recommended developer formula D-19B, development temperature 20℃, development time 5 minutes, F-5 fixer, fixing 10 minutes.
III. Illumination:
The darkroom operating lamp for Lekai film is a deep red lamp with a filter transmission wavelength of 600 nanometers, and the bulb is 15W. When opening and using the film, the lamp distance is generally more than 1.2 meters.
IV. Storage:
Lekai film should be stored in a low-temperature, dry place. The storage conditions are temperature less than 20℃ and humidity less than 60%. It should be strictly avoided to store in high-temperature, high-humidity, and places with radiation and chemical gases, avoid storing with processing chemicals, and should be used within the validity period.
V. Precautions:
1. Films stored at low temperatures should be taken out 2 hours before use and placed at room temperature for more than 2 hours to ensure that the temperature of the film is consistent with the ambient temperature before opening the film packaging to avoid condensation on the film surface causing adhesion between films and affecting the image effect, ensuring normal use of the film.
2. The film should be opened, loaded, and washed under a safelight, and the film should not be exposed to the safelight for too long.
3. Wear fine mesh gloves when handling the film, do not allow fingerprints or oil stains to contaminate the film, handle the film gently, and avoid friction.
4. The opened film should be used up as soon as possible, and unused film should be resealed in the original packaging.
